Shipping Policy
- Tejahs Tex provides free shipping across India with no minimum cart value required.
- Free shipping is applicable only for prepaid orders.
- A charge of ₹100/- will be applied to all orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Orders will be processed only on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- The usual delivery time is 4-7 working days.
- Customers must provide an accurate and complete address, including the pin code, while placing the order.
- We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address details.
- No refunds will be provided for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We partner with reputed delivery services to ensure timely and proper handling of deliveries.
